Enrofloxacin the active ingredient of AVITRYL belongs to the group known as Fluoroquinolines. Enrofloxacin is a bactericidal antibiotic that acts by blocking selectively an enzyme: DNA-gyrase which carried out by formation of superhelicoidal spirals, an essential step for replication bacterial genetic material. Enrofloxacin characterized by quick absorption through digestive tract wall, rapid high serum level, and minimum toxicity. Also produces a comprehensive and extensive control a wide range of infectious diseases of respiratory, digestive, and urogenital systems. AVITRYL has a rapid bactericidal activity that covers the whole Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria including: E.coli, Salmonella, Haemophlius, Staphylococcus, Pasteurella, Streptococcus, etc.

Product Dosage | Poultry: From 1 to 21 days old: 1 ml per 2 liters of drinking water for 3 days and for 5 days in acute cases and Salmonellosis. More than 21 days old: Use 10 mg of AVITRYL (0.1 ml) per kg body weight with the daily consumed water. – Rabbits: 5 mg per kg |
